Jolyn’s Updates

Hey, everyone! Hope you had a great weekend!

Mine was pretty productive – I got a lot of my blog posts written for my upcoming Amber Eyes blog tour. (A small victory there.) And I got myself more organized for my Impending Reprisal edits. That ought to keep my edits zipping along…thusly giving my co-workers more ammunition as I slip “old world” speech into everyday conversations. (Last week I said something vexed me.) LOL Whoops!

I also spent a little time this weekend working on a new pet project. My friend, Jina Bacarr, is releasing her book, Titanic Rhapsody, soon – just in time for the 100th anniversary of Titanic’s sinking. Over that weekend, we’re doing a 4-day blog series, including trivia and giveaways. We’re pulling together a lot of resources for this one. It’s going to be sooo much fun! I can hardly wait!

On March 1, a review of Amber Eyes will be posted on the book review site, Escape With Dollycas Into A Good Book. I’m excited to see her thoughts on the book! Watch for the link – I’m sure I’ll be posting it everywhere. ;)

So far, I’m really enjoying them. They’re right up there with BDB and LoTU!

  1. Hi Jolyn! You did have a productive weekend. I’m jealous that you wrote so many of your guest blogs, I’m working on mine too :)

    But loved that you are using “old world” speech….that must be a lot of fun for your co-workers….lol

    • Oh yeah, they LOVE that I’m working on Impending Reprisals again. They remember very clearly the things that would fly out of my mouth when I was first writing it. LOL I can’t help it though! ;)
